In Africa, Light clothing and comfortable shoes as there will be a lot of walking involved. Sunglasses, hat, bandana are essential when you go on a safari as it can be quite dusty there. Long skirts or manteaux are preferable as short skirts are not welcome in most of the places in Africa. Jean and a tank top could be the best you can wear there.
